Is enrollment really included with RCM?
Yes. Credentialing, recredentialing, and contracting are part of the RCM engagement. There isn’t a separate enrollment invoice.
Can you enroll us if we don’t use Crusader for billing?
Enrollment-only work is possible, but the included pricing applies to RCM clients. Ask on the consult and we’ll tell you which path fits.
How long does payer enrollment take?
It depends on the payer. Some panels take a few weeks; others take several months. We submit complete packets and follow up so the file isn’t sitting untouched.
Do we have to use CAQH?
Most commercial payers expect it. We use your existing CAQH profile or help you set one up as part of intake.
