How we handle information from this site and from practices we work with.
Who we are

What we collect on the website
Name, practice name, role, email, phone, and whatever you type in the contact form, consultation booking, or onboarding form. Calendly also collects the time you pick and the answers on that event. Server and analytics tools may collect IP, browser, and pages viewed.
What we collect when we work together
For clients: billing and credentialing information needed to enroll providers and run claims — NPIs, tax IDs, payer contracts, claims data, and related correspondence. We use that only to perform the services you hired us for.
How we use it
To answer inquiries, book consults, onboard practices, submit and follow claims, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Vendors required to run the business: email and calendar (Microsoft 365), booking (Calendly), forms (Jotform), hosting (Kinsta), payments or clearinghouse partners (including Waystar) when you are a client, and Zoom for consults. Payers and enrollment portals receive what they require for credentialing and claims. We share when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies for performance and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser. The site will still work.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept long enough to respond and follow up. Client records are kept as long as we need them for the engagement and for legal/payer requirements, then deleted or archived.
Your choices
Email hello@crusader.claims to access, correct, or ask us to delete inquiry data we hold. Client records follow the service agreement.
Children
This site is for healthcare practices, not for children.
Changes
We will update this page if the practice changes. Last updated September 12, 2026.
