Crusader Claims is a Tennessee RCM firm based in Cleveland. We handle billing, denials, A/R, and credentialing so independent practices can collect what they’re owed without standing up a back office.
Joe Kugler and Jon Chapman founded the company in 2017 after seeing the same problems from two sides of the building. Jon spent a decade as a clinical nurse at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. Joe ran the administrative side at AFC Urgent Care. Claims weren’t getting paid, credentialing lagged, and national billers didn’t know the payers. They built Crusader Claims to be the opposite of that.
